Purpose: To master the DevOps Module in Pre Office by critically analysing it from the user angle.

Outcomes:

1. To capture possible improvements and questions(doubts participants may have) about the module.

Steps for Completion :

1. Understand and complete the DevOps module. Click here
2. Critically analyse the module and check how you can improve it. (You can search for material on the net) eg : If certain tools can be added to give a better understanding of the topic etc.
3. Note possible questions/doubts participants may have about the topic. Search for them on the net and suggest improvements in the module. (If for some questions, you are not able to find an ans, just note it. We will solve it for you.)

NOTE : You have already completed the practice assigns. But you go through it and see if everything is understood and if there is any scope for improvement.

Acceptance criteria

1. All the above outcomes must be fulfilled.

Everything seems clear and easily understandable.

Improvements that I would suggest:

• If you'd have included

  • the slight differences between the two SDLC models and DevOps
  • the pros and cons
  • which is better and why

  it would have been better and easy to understand concepts in depth.

• Since we said amongst all the models available, only the two models waterfall and agile are famous ,I felt that it would be better if we could give reason for the same.

• CI/CD could have been explained much more elaborately as I could not understand what CI/CD are and what it is used for.

• I had a doubt, like if there is already a python editor, why are we using vscode and importing python files into it. I don't know if any of the participants will have the same doubt but I had it.
