[Bug]: 2nd stage of installation of Rbian fails when incorrect power supply is used

Quick Information of System
- Operating System: Recovery v0.11.5 and Rbian 0.7.2
What Happened?
2nd stage is not able to connect to wifi, when incorrect power supply is used.
Expected result
Wifi should connect.
Steps to reproduce
Use a power supply of 5V 2A or 1A and try installing Rbian using recovery OS
