Audio does not get played when headphones are connected using 3.5mm audio Jack

Quick Information of System
- Operating System: Rbian v0.5.0
What Happened?
Connected the Audio to the 3.5mm audio jack, and ran a video. Video gets displayed but no audio.
Expected result
Audio should be played on headphones
Steps to reproduce
- Open chromium and play any youtube video
- Plug in headphones to audio jack.
- Check if you can hear audio.
