BrainyPi Recovery: On installing OS for 2nd time the progress bar does not move

Quick Information of System
- Operating System: BrainyPi Recovery v0.1.1
What Happened?
While re-installing the OS, the Progress bar in Brainy Pi did not move
Expected result
Progress Bar should show the downloading and installing progress
Steps to reproduce
- Install Rbian via Recovery
- Reboot to Recovery
- Try to re-install Rbian
